| Questionaire for Mentoring Clients |

Before anyone can become a mentoring client, they must fill out this questionaire.
We ask them to do this for two reasons.
First, we believe that the most important factor that drives investment success is the psychology of the trader. This questionaire is a very good start for us and you to really understand what makes you tick.
Second, we use this information to design a program for you. We make every course individualized for you. To do this, we need to know as much about you as possible. This questionaire is a start toward understanding your needs and desires.
If you are not a mentoring client then we highly suggest that you become one. The additional fees are nominal when you consider the high value.
